Domestic Relations    

We have vast experience in navigating the unique rules and procedurals for domestic relations practice in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties, as well as New Jersey.  Our practice encompasses divorces on all scales, as well as support issues, custody/visitation, adoption, and PFA matters.  There are few types of cases that are more emotional than family law matters – and we utilize our experience to best assist our clients.

Personal Injury

In addition to representing clients injured in automobile accidents, we have successfully assisted clients who have suffered injuries in slip & fall cases and other premises liability matters, construction accidents, fires, aviation accidents, and other negligence claims.  In addition, we also represent clients who have suffered injuries caused by the professional negligence of physicians.

Real Estate Transactions and Litigation

Whether it is reviewing an Agreement of Sale for a residential property, drafting a commercial lease, or litigating boundary disputes (to name just a few), our firm has worked with our clients to simply transactions, negotiate deals, and, when necessary, proceed with litigation to resolve breaches of contracts in real estate matters. 

Social Security

Obtaining disability benefits can be a confusing and frustrating process.  Our attorneys are experienced in dealing with the Social Security Administration in applying for and securing Social Security Disability benefits and Supplemental Security Income.  We can help you to determine if you will qualify for benefits, or assist you if your application has been denied.

Our estate planning services range from the simplest wills to the most complicated trusts, depending on the needs of our service.  In addition, we help our clients in the preparation of medical powers of attorney, living wills, and advance directives.  When needed, clients call on us to serve as the Administrator of an Estate or represent the Estate during its administration.  We recognize this can be an emotional and trying time for our clients and their families, and work to minimize the grief and aggravation of our clients.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

ADR is an efficient and cost-effective method for settling most conflicts and disputes.  In fact, Harris Bock devotes his entire practice to ADR with The Dispute Resolution Institute.  In addition, Howard Finkelman serves as a mediator and arbitrator with the NASD, and has served on arbitration panels and as a sole arbitrator for various other matters.
